February 19 will be the first opportunity for fans to secure individual tickets for the season's most in-demand games, including Opening Night against the Los Angeles Dodgers (March 30 at 5:05 p.m.) and matchups against other NL West rivals.
Game times for the 2014 season are now available at www.padres.com. Please note: game times are subject to change. Times remain mostly unchanged from the 2013 season, though a few start times have been dictated by national broadcast plans. Opening Night, exclusively on ESPN, on Sunday, March 30, will begin at 5:05 p.m. ESPN also plans to broadcast the game on Wednesday, September 3 vs. the Arizona Diamondbacks, starting at 7:05 p.m. Finally, Saturday, July 5 vs. San Francisco is scheduled to be broadcast on FOX, with first pitch set for 4:15 p.m. A 2014 schedule with game times is attached.
Back by popular demand: Taco Tuesdays return every Tuesday home game in 2014. In addition, the first Tuesday home game of every month will feature a salute to our First Responders. Every Thursday night game is Padres College Night, featuring special ticket discounts for college students with a valid ID. Friday nights will include live music and themed festivals at Park at the Park. Saturdays are Baseball Nights in San Diego, with all-fan giveaways planned for every Saturday game. Sundays will continue to be Military salute games, with a family-focused atmosphere, including the return of KidsFest at Park at the Park.
The complete 2014 promotional schedule, including events and giveaways, will be released later this month.
The only way for fans to guarantee their seats now for Opening Night, Sunday, March 30 vs. the Los Angeles Dodgers, is with a Padres Membership. As is always the case, Blue, Gold and Platinum Members receive the best seats and prices, as well as access to year-round events and discounts.
